1. Agreement Between You and Eswar Tours

The contract between the client (“you”) and Eswar Tours Private Ltd (“our company”) is important to us. We assure you that any information shared within this contract will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
Eswar Tours will support its customers in case of any dispute, claim, or issue that may arise between the company and the client. However, we are not responsible for problems arising from your personal matters.
No employee of Eswar Tours, other than a company director, has the authority to alter or waive any of these terms. Any offers, discounts, or promotions will be valid only if provided in written form.

2. Confirming Your Booking

To confirm your booking, Eswar Tours requires customers to pay a minimum deposit amount. This deposit is mandatory for all tour packages. In some cases, a higher deposit may be required depending on the package or payment conditions.

3. Tour Payment Terms

After the initial deposit, the balance amount must be paid within one week. In certain cases, full payment may be required earlier, prior to the start of your holiday.
The “balance due date” will be communicated to you either at our office or via email. In case of non-payment within the stipulated time, Eswar Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice.

4. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please visit our nearest branch office with your booking receipts. Changes will be considered only under genuine or emergency circumstances.
We do not encourage repeated or major modifications to the itinerary. Only minor changes may be permitted, and they will be subject to specific conditions.

5. Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings is permitted, but it depends on the specific situation. You may cancel your tickets under certain circumstances, provided you inform us in advance through a phone call or email.
Please note that cancellation charges may apply, and in some cases, the amount paid may not be refundable.

 6. Feedback and Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding your tour arrangements, please email us at eswartours2@gmail.com. We value your feedback and will strive to resolve your issue promptly.
Kindly specify the nature of your complaint in detail. Our customer service team will review your concern and respond within 24 hours.

 7. Our Responsibilities During Your Tour

We ensure that all holiday arrangements are made with utmost care and attention. Eswar Tours is responsible for the actions of our employees, agents, and suppliers during the course of your travel.
However, we will not be liable for any criminal acts, negligence, or violent incidents that occur independently of our control. We advise all travelers to act responsibly and avoid any illegal activities during their journey.

The information presented on our website, brochures, itineraries, and other promotional materials is intended to be accurate and clear. However, occasional errors may occur, and details are subject to change without prior notice.
